THE RULES OF THE HOUSE
Terms of Service, the readable edition
Last updated: September 22, 2026
These are the rules of the house, written to be read. They form a contract, so they carry legal weight — but there is no reason a contract has to be boring. By using AmoreCam you agree to what follows.
Who can use AmoreCam
AmoreCam is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old — or the age of majority in your country, if higher — to create an account or use any part of the service. By confirming your age you declare that this is true. Accounts belonging to minors are removed when identified.
What AmoreCam is
AmoreCam is a live video service that lets adults meet and talk face to face — including video matching and private 1-on-1 calls. We provide the room; what happens in the conversation is between the people in it. AmoreCam is a social platform, not an escort service, and it may not be used to offer or arrange in-person adult services.
Acceptable use
Be an adult in every sense. You agree not to harass, threaten or demean other users; not to record, screenshot or redistribute anyone's image or call without their clear consent; not to share illegal, violent or exploitative content of any kind; not to impersonate others; not to use the service for spam, scams or commercial solicitation; and not to involve minors in any way. Breaking these rules can lead to suspension or permanent removal, and — where the law requires it — reporting to the authorities.
Virtual content and payments
Some features of AmoreCam are paid. Where paid features exist, they are purchased as virtual items or credits that can be used inside the service — for example to start or extend private calls. Virtual items have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where the law says otherwise.
Prices are shown before you pay, and you will never be charged without confirming a purchase. If you believe a charge is wrong, reach us through the help center inside the app before disputing it with your bank — most issues are solved faster that way.
Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account, so pick a password you don't reuse elsewhere and keep it to yourself. You can delete your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these terms, with notice where it is reasonable to give it.
Liability, honestly
We work hard to keep AmoreCam available, fast and safe, but the service is provided "as is." We cannot guarantee it will always be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not responsible for the behavior of other users — though we do moderate, and we do act on reports. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amounts you have actually paid us in the period preceding a claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by contract.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will tell you clearly inside the app before the change takes effect and update the date at the top of this page. If you keep using AmoreCam after that, the new terms apply. If you don't accept them, you can delete your account — no hard feelings.
